At Boundary, we believe great gear deserves a smooth delivery. Here’s how we get your order from our hands to yours:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All U.S. orders ship directly from our warehouse in Utah via UPS Ground or UPS # Day. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your gear every step of the way.
International Shipping
For all international orders, we ship using DHL Express from our global facility in Hong Kong. This allows us to deliver worldwide with speed and reliability.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, please allow for a slight delay—we're always working hard to get your gear out as quickly as possible.
